Meet Anne (she/her/hers)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Hey there! I see you contemplating whether it’s the right time for therapy. You’re trying to manage all of your daily responsibilities and you’re not sure if you’ll be able to muster the time and energy to take care of yourself while holding everything else together. I get it.

Life has set you up to feel anxious, overwhelmed and exhausted. While it may seem impossible to have less stress and crazy-inducing life challenges, you can live more relaxed, with less worry, and with a poised readiness to handle what life throws your way.

It would be fantastic if you could predict what was going to happen, and try as you might, you do it without much success. This has left you feeling stressed, tired and burned out. I’d love to help you navigate your way to inner peace, and support you in recognizing, and living, your full potential. You are worth it!

As a therapist, I understand that everyone has a story and that no one is immune to trials and hardships no matter what your life circumstances are. By providing you with a safe space that is free of judgment and criticism, you can begin to overcome, heal and regain a sense of self that may have gotten lost or has been put on hold.

Being a mother of two, a wife, a daughter, sister, and a provider has given me a lot of insight into both the dark and bright moments the human experience can incur. I am here to let you know that you are not alone, you don’t have to reinvent ways of getting past hurdles and that YOU'VE GOT THIS!

Together we will get to explore you and determine the most suitable therapeutic approaches that will help you achieve your goals for therapy.

I enjoy working with women helping them to tackle life transitions, self-esteem, life direction, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, parenting anxieties and have had several years of training in trauma informed therapeutic care.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me outside enjoying the sunshine, gardening, or having fun running around with my family. I also really like Do-It-Yourself projects, home renovation, and getting together with friends. Impromptu dance parties with my kiddos and laughing at myself happens often.
