Feeling a bit stuck lately? Come to therapy!

Updated: Feb 19, 2021

Hi there! I'm so happy that you've made it to this page. I'm Samantha, an integrative and holistic mental health therapist for professionals, young adults and teens.

Do you feel down, stressed, worried or disconnected from others? Do you find yourself oversleeping, stress snacking or easily frustrated? Do you want to feel better but you can’t seem to get unstuck?

I help stressed out perfectionists, overthinkers and self-doubters get unstuck and feel better.

If you're feeling a bit stuck lately, you may be experiencing several of the following:

-Worrying about making the wrong decision

-Worrying about what others think about you

-Worrying about getting things done

-Worrying about everything

-Racing thoughts keeping you up at night

-Overthinking EVERYTHING

-Difficulties with time management

-Need for perfectionism

-PROCRASTINATION

-Undesirable self-esteem

-Doubting yourself

-Poor boundaries

-Difficulties saying NO

-Out-of-control stress

-Constantly feeling overwhelmed or drained

-Crappy relationships

-Feeling inadequate

-Financial and career fears

-Feeling helpless and overwhelmed by all that is going on in the world

-Feeling like a fraud

-Spending more time with Netflix than yourself or your partner

-Avoidance of social scenes

-A hard time falling asleep, staying asleep or getting out of bed in the morning

-Napping in lieu of doing important things

You have thought about therapy, but you hesitate to take that step. You know you need to do something, but you worry that therapy is too drastic.

Coming to therapy does not mean you're crazy, that there is something drastically wrong with you, or that you need to be fixed. Coming to therapy is taking care of yourself, finding security in who you are, and working through the challenges that are holding you back.

Therapy might just be exactly what you need!

I can help you make sense of your emotions and manage them, and I can point you to the deeper issues that may be stirring up these reactions. You can learn to incorporate preventive care into your daily routine to effectively cope with your unique life challenges and nurture your emotional health.
